Memorial Eye Center - Garth Rd Baytown

My Boyfriend and I were seen at Memorial Eye Center on Friday and everyone from the front to the back were so nice and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Tan and she was so nice and sweet, she had her staff let us know she was running a little behind and that there would be a wait but working in a doctors office myself I assured them that these things happen and we wouldn't mind waiting at all. Dr. Tan spent so much time with us and even went out of her way to come and check on my Bf to see if he liked the contacts he wanted after she was through with seeing us. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady's name who went over our insurance/coverage for my glasses and my Bf's contacts but she was so funny and so sweet. Definitely will be back in a year for my next check up.

Dr. Radar and staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and listen to the client’s needs and preferences. They align the needs and preferences of the client to the science and data from the eye exam.

Best eye care center ever. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The doctors are very caring and will take the time to explain everything. They don’t rush out of the room they make sure you are comfortable and have all the answers to your questions. Great selection on glasses too!

Great place to get your eyes exam at a very reasonable price, especially if you have insurance. I have VSP which is a really good insurance. The staff is super cool and so is the doctor. The place is also very very clean and a wide variety of frames to choose from. These guys are terffic, check them out if you need a good eye service. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book.

My first visit to Memorial Eye Center exceeded my expectations. Everyone made me feel comfortable and explained my condition to me thoroughly. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Dr Louis Ramon provided me with very thorough, professional, competent care when I had an issue with my eyes, and even had someone call to check up on me a couple days later. I highly recommend him! A minor observation: I would prefer he referred to the office staff as ANYTHING besides "the girls."

The staff made it a very warm welcoming feeling walking in the door of the office. The staff were very helpful in making our decision on treatment. The kids received their glasses in not time at all!!
